🛠️ Core Features & Detailed Operation Steps

Feature 1: Perfect Extraction of "Vector PDF" (Pro Feature)

This is the most powerful feature of this tool. Note: It must be a "vector PDF" exported from CAD. If it is a PDF converted from a photo taken with a phone (bitmap), please use the nearby "Select Image" feature to trace manually.

1. Click "📄 Upload Vector PDF" in the top toolbar.
2. Select the PDF file sent by the client and wait 1-2 seconds.
3. The system automatically identifies all closed rooms, marks them with green lines on the canvas, and automatically lists the side lengths and areas of all rooms in the right panel.

Feature 2: Scale Calibration (Millimeter-Level Alignment)

Shapes in a PDF only have relative proportions, so real dimensions must be calibrated. The system has a built-in automatic scale algorithm with accuracy up to 0.1%.

1. Click the "📏 Scale" button at the top.
2. Find an edge on the drawing with a dimension annotation and draw a line along it.
3. In the pop-up input box, enter the real length of that edge (e.g., 3000).
4. Click confirm, and the whole-house area and all edge lengths are instantly converted to real dimensions.

Feature 3: Upload Bitmap/Photo for Manual Tracing

What if there is no vector PDF, only photos or screenshots of paper drawings provided by the developer?

1. Click "📷 Select Image" at the top to upload a photo.
2. Click "📏 Scale" to first calibrate a real edge and calibrate the entire drawing.
3. Click "✏️ Trace" and click along the walls in sequence. The system will produce highlighted bright pink thick lines when you click, with solid dots at corners as prompts, so you will never "trace in the air".
4. Click back to the starting point to close, and the area is automatically generated.

Feature 4: Smooth Zoom, Pan, and Data Panel

1. Pan: Hold down the right mouse button and drag.
2. Data Panel: The right side will automatically verify the area of each room, as well as the length and angle of each edge. If you find an edge is incorrect, you can double-click to edit it.

Feature 5: One-Click DXF Export (Pro Feature)

Click "📐 Export DXF" at the top, and the browser will directly download a standard CAD file. It can be seamlessly imported into AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other software, or even opened directly in the Measure Master designer to continue adding doors and windows.
